Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or one with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To request a reprint or refund:
Contact Us Within 14 Days: Reach out to our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return and Complaint Form: Use the “Return and Complaint Form” form on our website and provide a clear photo showing the issue with the item.
Multiple Items: If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, include an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.
Refunds for approved claims will be issued to your account balance.
Incorrect Orders
Cazify will not be responsible for incorrect orders due to wrong size, color, or changes of mind. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered successfully, you can opt for a reprint or a partial refund.
Print Placement Tolerance
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.25 inches for print placement. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects and are part of the printing process.
